Description
A design classic that has lost none of its character since 1948.
The tiltable “Horseshoe” table lamp was designed by Carl Auböck II in 1948 and carries model number #3741. Its characteristic base in patinated brass recalls the shape of a horseshoe, with a polished edge creating a subtle contrast against the darker surface.
A sturdy Manila wood stem supports the conical, removable shade in white chintz. The light textile gives the lamp a particularly calm and timeless appearance, allowing the sculptural brass base to take centre stage.
The tiltable base allows the lamp to be adjusted while changing its silhouette at the same time.
A true Carl Auböck classic – organic, functional and sculptural in equal measure.
