Description
The large Lue Brass Cheese Knife is both a functional utensil and a striking table object. Its broad, hand-hammered brass blade is paired with a substantial handle made from richly grained bubinga wood. The pointed blade cuts semi-soft and semi-hard cheeses, while its flat surface is equally useful for spreading softer varieties. Produced only in very small quantities, this piece is currently available by pre-order.
Details
After some time a patina can develop on the brass surface, which can be polished off with a soft cloth and then brass polish - if desired.
