Description
The impressive "Architect" sculpture was designed by Carl Auböck II in 1950 and is one of the characteristic figures from his early work.
For us, the figure symbolises the idea that everyone is the architect of their own life. This gives the powerful, reduced form a personal meaning and makes it a distinctive gift for oneself, one's children or a close friend.
The sculpture continues to be produced in Vienna using the original sand-casting moulds. The patinated brass combined with the polished ends creates a distinctive contrast and the unmistakable character of a Carl Auböck design.

Material: patinated brass, polished ends
Care: After some time, a patina can develop on the polished brass surface of the 3 ends, which can be polished off with a soft cloth and then brass polish - if desired. The patinated surface can be treated very easily with linseed oil.
