Bitossi Rimini Blu Aries

A compact body and tightly curled horns give Aldo Londi’s Rimini Blu Ram its unmistakable profile. The figure feels grounded and determined, yet retains the playful quality of Londi’s ceramic animals.

The ram traditionally represents courage, strength and determination. Through its association with the zodiac sign Aries, it also carries ideas of initiative, forward movement and new beginnings.

Hand-impressed geometric decoration covers the ceramic body beneath a brilliant crystalline glaze. Changing shades of turquoise, sea blue and cobalt emphasise the figure’s compact form.

At 18 centimetres long, the Ram works as a small sculpture, decorative paperweight or meaningful gift. Each example is decorated and glazed by hand in Italy.
