Description
This really enigmatic and shapelessly beautiful bookend set made of solid brass patinated and polished, called "Praying Hands", was designed by Carl Auböck II as early as 1947 (!). Since then, the set has been very elaborately manufactured in the Vienna based workshop and enjoys great international popularity.

Material: patinated brass, polished ends
Care: After some time, a patina can develop on the polished brass surface of the 3 ends, which can be polished off with a soft cloth and then brass polish - if desired. The patinated surface can be treated very easily with linseed oil.
