Kobo Candles was founded in 2006 by Junko Kobori. Originally from Kumamoto, southern Japan, she traveled the world with her husband Louis for many years before settling together in Saratoga Springs, New York. Since then, the KOBO Candles have been developed and cast by hand. Fragrance is one of the key factors for Junko Kabori to bring the environment to life.
Kobo Pure Soy Candles are made from organically grown soybeans. This results in the cleanest burning medium and a perfect perfume yield. It also uses enviro-safe cotton wicks to achieve a clean and pure flame. The Kobo fragrances are made using complex, mixed layers of high quality oils in collaboration with the best scent labs in the USA. Each candle is then made to specific standards that maximize the fragrance yield for the individual fragrance to create a room-filling aroma.
