Seem Soap Studio is a Paris based design and creative studio, founded in 2015 by Mathilde Lehmann and Valentine Sée.
Valentine is a trained product designer, Mathilde is a trained sculptor and designer. Both are fascinated by everyday objects and question them for the formal, material and spatial characteristics of a sculpture by considering it as a commodity.
This is how the Idea for the current huge series of soaps was created pretty quickly. Seem Soap Studio understands the soap in a new and unconventional way and shapes the objects like a transient, a sculpture that varies according to time and use.
As clear, all soaps are made in france from vegetable soap based on natural ingredients. They are sold in a fully recyclable packaging also made in France.
